Dr. Dhara Barai runs Meghdhara Ayurveda and panchkarma hospital and Meghdhara academy since 10 years at Jamnagar, Gujarat, India. She also runs a charity clinic at Jamnagar. She has completed her Bachelors of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery and MA from the Gujarat Ayurveda University, which is a renowned university worldwide. She has also worked as a Junior research fellow in Ayurgenomics project to establish Ayurveda principle with genetic science.

She is an international lecturer on the treatment of various topics such as Management of Infertility, Women Health Issues, Diabetes, Allergies, Beauty and Stress Management using Ayurvedic medicine and Panchkarma therapy. She had been invited to visit many countries for Ayurveda promotional activities; such as lectures, workshops and counselling. She has proven success-treating patients of different age, ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

She and Dr MEHUL BARAI are among the pioneers in the state to draw foreign patients for Ayurveda treatments through the Internet. Also her efforts now made it possible to draw foreign students in the state for further practical training in the field of Ayurveda.

She conducts several training courses under Meghdhara Ayurveda Academy for overseas students for practical training in the field of Ayurveda and Panchkarma since 2008. Students from Taiwan, Japan and France have participated in these courses till today.

She promotes her brand Meghdhara Ayurveda for teaching, training, treatment and trading by professional tie-up with institutes in the overseas.
